About

Carmine’s Chianti Cow Restaurant offers a fine dining experience with a cozy country atmosphere. Our menu has an Italian-American flair with daily seasonal specials inspired by our CIA graduate, chef/owner Keith. Keith and his staff prepare a variety of foods made from the freshest of ingredients which will please the most discriminating palate. Included in the selection is our Signature Chianti Cow Steak, homemade jumbo lump crab cakes and fresh seafood, veal and poultry dishes. If you are looking for a more traditional Italian meal, you will find many choices on our reasonably priced menu. In addition, we have an array of choices for the young ones, as we pride ourselves in being a family friendly establishment. Our full service bar includes a wide variety of wines by the glass or by the bottle to pair with your meal. We serve a wide variety of bottled beer and always have at least four different beers on tap. In addition, our servers offer temping drink specials. To complete your dining experience, indulge in one of our many homemade desserts or specialty coffees.

Create your memories with a Carmine’s catered event on or off premises where we provide a custom designed menu for your most special day.

Owners Keith and Lisa are both natives of the Greenville area and graduates of Minisink Valley Central School District. While in high school, Keith worked in the Kitchen for the original owners of Carmine’s. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, Keith gained vast experience working at restaurants in Colorado, New York City, Warwick and Monroe. Upon moving back to the area, he and Lisa decided to buy Carmine’s from his former bosses, Carmine and Georgette Scaglione. Today they are in their 17th year of business. Keith and Lisa have always loved Greenville and enjoy raising their family and running their business in a town where their roots were set at a very young age.
